Dogs
If you bring a dog, please inform us at the time of booking, as the carpets are removed from the rooms. Dogs €20 per night without meals, dog blanket and bowl in the room (available only in Buchberg, Steintal, Merin, and Klausen).
We kindly ask you not to let your dog sleep in the bed, otherwise a final cleaning fee of €50 will be charged.
Cancellation policy:
Free cancellation of rooms up to 14 days before arrival. For cancellations up to 1 week before arrival, we charge 50%, and for cancellations within 1 week, the full accommodation costs.
If you need to cancel a booked stay and the room cannot be rebooked, we will have to issue a cancellation invoice.
